WEB DEVELOPER
03 / About me
Hi, I’m Kira.
I make websites.
I’m an independent web developer based in Manchester. I design and build websites from the first rough idea through to the final launch, with one person handling the whole thing: me.

THE PERSON BEHIND BYKIRADESIGN / CODE / DETAIL
I care about how a site
feels, not just how it works.
I like the point where design and code meet — where something can be technically solid, easy to use, and still have a bit of personality.
Design that has a reason.I have a soft spot for good typography, tidy layouts and subtle motion, but none of it should exist just to decorate the page. The visual choices should help the site feel clearer and more like the person or business behind it.
One thought from start to finish.I handle both the design and development, which means the original idea stays intact instead of being translated between different people. The small decisions in between are usually where the site starts to feel properly considered.
That’s enough about me
Tell me about
what you’re making.
If you have a website idea, an existing site that needs work, or just something half-formed in your head, send it over. It does not need to be a perfect brief.
